I have purchased many cars in my lifetime but I think Sam Spencer is, by far, the best salesman I have ever used. We were originally a little far away on price but Sam kept going back to his boss to make it happen. I picked my car up 2 days ago and he has already sent me 2 thank you emails. I guess this is why he sits at the first desk next to the door. If you are in the market for a new Subaru or a used car make sure you visit World Subaru and insist on Sam Spencer as your salesman. More

Steve answered my all of my questions, and made many trips out onto the lot with me to look at a specific car. Steve made the buying experience stress free the way it should be. After closing out the paperwork with Michael in finance, I met with Tara Mullins who took me out to my new car and went over the many new features my old car did not have. She was even able to get my 5+ year old iPhone to pair up with the car, an amazing feat in itself. Thanks to Steve, Michael and Tara for a positive experience on my new car purchase. More

Excellent Servive Department I’ve been coming here for regular maintenance appointments and the staff have been lovely. Always fine them friendly, easy to deal with, and quick. On I’ve been coming here for regular maintenance appointments and the staff have been lovely. Always fine them friendly, easy to deal with, and quick. One time when I brought my puppy the staff was nice and brought her a frisbee and some water, so sweet. I recently came in because of a Bluetooth pairing issue. I’d been searching online and trying everything to figure it out, and Tara in the delivery department was able to fix it for me in about 2 minutes. She was so nice and professional, and I’m so glad my issue is totally solved! More

Not only were they pleasant and courteous but their service dept is on the ball as well. I had all intentions of working with Rich Riccitelli again but he was gone for the evening so I had the pleasure of dealing with JR. Once again I received top notch service and the process couldn't have gone any smoother. Before leaving with the new car, Tara spent 15 minutes going over all the options and features and answered all my questions. I highly recommend World Subaru to those looking for a reliable dealership that won't disappoint. More
