Excellent The other day I went in for an oil change for the first time at World Subaru. And if I had to rank there Customer Service it would be an absolute 10/1 The other day I went in for an oil change for the first time at World Subaru. And if I had to rank there Customer Service it would be an absolute 10/10! In my business, customer service is our main priority and witnessing how they handled almost made me offer them jobs! Since it was my first time their I didn't really know where to go. Tara saw how lost I was in the building and without hesitation she got up and assisted me to the right direction with a friendly attitude. Tara then brought me to Julie, and nothing but smiles from her as well. Julie was very helpful as well and made sure I got everything that I needed done! She also offered me a free car wash after my oil change. Nothing but friendly people from the front desk to the techs. Hands down the best encounter I had at a dealership. I will be going there for now on for any problems with my new Subaru. Much thanks for Tara and Julie making it a great experience. More

Rich Riccitelli handled the lease in a very personal manner. In addition, to showing and test driving the three models we were interested in, we were able to complete the lease transaction, vehicle registration and insurance change right there.
