He brought me a car that was exactly what I asked for and didn't pressure me into getting something I didn't want. After everything was said and done Toni sat with me in the car and went over every single feature the car has and showed me how to use everything and answered any questions I had. It was nice to have someone walk you through all the features the car offers. I had gone to another dealership 2 days before and the whole experience was a disaster. After going to World Subaru and working with Glen and Toni I felt like I was in dealership heaven! About a week and a half later when my plates were ready, I went to the dealership and Tara helped me right away and put my plates on and answered any questions I had. She also gave me a $25 gas card! Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was awesome! More

Then I was handed over to Mike Warnock in finance. Again, he was very clear and informative so I knew exactly what i was signing. Last, I had Tara Mullins to walk me through all the ins and outs of my new vehicle. I came into look at vehicles on a weds night, let him him know what i wanted the next day, and when i came in he had all the paperwork ready for me and was in the dealership less than an hour and left with my 2018 Subaru Forester Black Edition. Kristen walked me through all the financials and final paperwork expertly and was very clear and concise on what i was signing. Tara Lee Mullins was great in showing me all the feature of my new vehicle and getting acclimated with what the car can do. It was an awesome experience, really next level service. Highly recommend! Sam went out of his way to ease my stress and was essential in helping me find the perfect car for me. Trust me folks this man ran all over making sure I got exactly what I wanted, all the while making sure I was comfortable while he was doing it. I lost two pounds just watching him. When all the paperwork was done Tara came out to teach me about all the new technology. I think she spent more than an hour showing me what each button, dial and flywheel did. Making sure that I understood each gadget before moving to the next one. Then I went back the next day with questions (mostly stuff she had told me that I had forgotten) and she probably spent another hour or more teaching me about my new car. Seriously this is probably the nicest car the bank and I have ever owned. Ok maybe not the bank, but definitely me. Thank you all for making this purchase a pleasure! More
