Outstanding Service Department while traveling in NJ we discovered that the voice interface to the map was not working. We called World Subaru and they said bring it in and they wil while traveling in NJ we discovered that the voice interface to the map was not working. We called World Subaru and they said bring it in and they will investigate. Well, they were all like a dog with bone. Something was wrong and they weren't letting us leave until it was fixed. they gave us a loaner and we were back on our way. And the next day the problem was resolved. They kept us appraised of the progress and when we picked up the car it was spotless as well as having the issue resolved. People like this will have my business. More
