I had come into WS to go over the features of my new Forrester. Tara did a great job going over the features of the car and answered the questions that had come up during the few weeks I had been driving the car. If she didn’t know the answer to something, she didn’t hesitate to find out from the relevant department. I showed her where a spot of oil had spilled on the car, and she went around to different employees in the Detail section until she found one who knew what to do to get rid of the spill. A few days later, I texted her regarding some features that weren’t working. She spoke to employees at Service, and they knew to expect me when I came in a few hours later. She has been extremely helpful and professional as I get used to the features in my new car. More

Called and contacted multiple times about getting my new registration and "theyll mail it overnight" is the answer. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime but I think Sam Spencer is, by far, the best salesman I have ever used. We were originally a little far away on price but Sam kept going back to his boss to make it happen. I picked my car up 2 days ago and he has already sent me 2 thank you emails. I guess this is why he sits at the first desk next to the door. If you are in the market for a new Subaru or a used car make sure you visit World Subaru and insist on Sam Spencer as your salesman. Steve answered my all of my questions, and made many trips out onto the lot with me to look at a specific car. Steve made the buying experience stress free the way it should be. After closing out the paperwork with Michael in finance, I met with Tara Mullins who took me out to my new car and went over the many new features my old car did not have.
