He almost lost the sales if it wasn't for Mr Frederique that came alone and with patience to assisting me of secure an Insurance w the sales process. I was going to cancel the the sales and Mr. Frederique convince me to not cancel the deal and told me that he will speak to Mr. Michel request permission to assisting me secure insurance.
