I also worked with Corey White when picking the car up and he had amazing knowledge on performance vehicles. As someone who was getting their first performance car, working with him was invaluable. Lastly, I worked with Tarek Salama and he was very transparent during the financing process, and I knew exactly where my money was going and everything. The whole process was seamless and great, and everyone I worked with was amazing. I highly recommend them, especially if you’re looking at performance vehicles. More

You only get one chance to make a good first impression and Five Star fails that test for me. I scheduled to return my vehicle to have a paint chip touched up that was already on the vehicle prior to me taking delivery. I stated that I was not happy that the white marker labels were left on my black wheels. After getting my vehicle back, the white marker labels were still there. The lack of awareness by the prep/detail crew is confounding. I ended up removing the stickers myself. When it came to the finance department, this dealership hit a new low for me. I already knew my approved rate and term, but the finance guy quoted a 1% higher rate. He said that if I purchased the extended warranty and the maintenance agreement, he would lower my rate by 1%, bringing it back down to the advertised FMC rate. Then, I noted that a new add-on was included on the buyer's order he wanted me to sign. It contained a "vin etch" item for $499. I told him that I did not want or need that item. He stated "it is already on the vehicle, so you have to pay for it". Tied selling is still illegal in this country, but this guy doesn't seem to care. The best surprise with that "vin etch", it is not installed on my vehicle. Fraud and deceit is not something I take lightly. More

I asked Yama to make this process easy and painless so as to not take a ton of my time - and he exceeded my expectations! He let me take the vehicle to show my wife and daughter, I returned to tell him that to not take a ton of my time - and he exceeded my expectations! He let me take the vehicle to show my wife and daughter, I returned to tell him that we wanted to buy it with a few things for him to check on - I had to go to work meetings. He called me just a couple of hours later to tell me everything was ready. 30 minutes later, I am driving home. This is a far cry from past experiences at car dealerships. Yama listens, follows up and follows through. Great experience! More

FIVE STAR FORD DALASS is great dealership with many good employees, However, this rotten tomato should be fired. More

Looking for leasing a new electric vehicle, decision was between Ford Mustang Mach E and Tesla Model 3. First stop was by Five Star Ford since they open earlier than Tesla. Sales guy, Alex Quinones was kind between Ford Mustang Mach E and Tesla Model 3. First stop was by Five Star Ford since they open earlier than Tesla. Sales guy, Alex Quinones was kind, open, honest, resourceful and cooperative so we ended up leasing a new Ford Mustang Mach E after doing driving test for both vehicles within Five Star facilities. Only (-) is that it took almost 4 hrs to complete all paperwork for the leasing, boring process and time consuming, but not sure if this can be improved, at the end we traded in our old vehicle and we picked up the new one same day, very happy. More
