Finally able to schedule a trip to pick up the new car and drop off another but gave dealer short notice to prepare the car. This wasn’t a problem either. They worked with us to make the arrangements needed. Rachel and Tari made the whole process easy to deal with and in the end a success. More

I "chatted" with Sales Manager Bryan Kelly via the Honda/Bellevue website and arranged to test drive a specific vehicle in a few hours. Chat session was easy and he answered a few upfront questions. When I arrived at 5:30 p.m., the vehicle was at the front door, warming up and the sales representative Eli Covarrubias was waiting beside the car. Impressed from the start! After a brief discussion, took the test drive and came back to get into the details of a possible purchase. He welcomed my suggestion for a second test drive. Fair trade for my Civic, easy transaction with Eli who was professional, personable and knowledgeable. Eli represents this dealership and the community in a superb manner. Finance/signature process was thoroughly reviewed and Tari Brewer was also professional and efficient. One of the best, seamless sales experiences I've ever had at a dealership. No pressure, great listening skills and I made a nice deal for a used, fully loaded Honda with low miles. Drove away smiling with a pristine, fully fueled and beautiful vehicle. The sales staff is amazing, not your stereotypical car salesmen. They have a very friendly natural way of working with you. I had Rachel C. and she seemed more like a friend that was showing me these new cars. The experience was quick and pain-free. They got me into the car I really wanted even though I would have never thought that was possible. They gave me top dollar for my trades, more than I expected! I even forgot a couple items in my trade and they called me the next morning and asked if I wanted to do one last search to be sure I'm not missing anything. Definitely will be buying all of my cars from them in the future! More
