Great Car Buying Experience I've worked in car sales before and that was enough to teach me to dislike car salesmen. Nozim managed to restore my faith that some car salesmen migh I've worked in car sales before and that was enough to teach me to dislike car salesmen. Nozim managed to restore my faith that some car salesmen might just be people underneath, though. He was extremely polite and very personable, never pushy, and I felt that he was extremely attentive to my needs and wants. Nozim was knowledgeable and explained things without ever coming across as if he was talking down to me or telling me things that I should already know. He went out of his way to help me get the car I wanted and made the experience great overall. I also dealt with Tari in finance, who was fantastic. She's extremely nice, made the entire finance side of the deal quick and painless, and she really took the time to go through things and properly explain everything. I would, and will, recommend that friends and family check out Honda Cars of Bellevue if they're looking for a new vehicle, and in particular that they go see Nozim. More

Karina was so personable and knowledgeable I would not buy a car from someone I did not trust. Karina was very approachable. She answered all my questions and did not pressure me. Great start, bad finish We did some research on their website, chatting with Tony before arriving at the dealership and so we knew exactly what we wanted, especially since it We did some research on their website, chatting with Tony before arriving at the dealership and so we knew exactly what we wanted, especially since it was still there. We needed to test drive it, but once we did, we knew we wanted it. The salesman, Kevin, started out great, he was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The problem we had was once he handed us off to Tari in financing, (who was great the entire time) he seemed to be "done with us." He seemed reluctant to come out side and put the in-transits on and remove the plates. Before we were done moving what little stuff we had, he disappeared. We had to go get him, and found that he was outside "vaping" for the third time in the short time we were there, in order for him to remove the Buyer's guarantee sticker that was stuck to our window. He didn't show us how to use any of the features on the vehicle, unlike other experiences we've had other places, he didn't even help us connect our phones to the vehicle. We left feeling unwanted. Especially once we realized that they hadn't even bothered to activate the XM radio. We also noticed that the drivers side arm rest didn't go down any more so we will have to get that fixed right away. More
