A Great Buying Experience I chose this dealership because I had my previous vehicle service there for five years and I trust the service department personnel. My salesperson I chose this dealership because I had my previous vehicle service there for five years and I trust the service department personnel. My salesperson, David Q was patient with me. I pre-shopped well in advance of my intended purchase and warned him not to bug me until I was ready. He listened! My only contact with him was when he sent an email to let me know about improvements Honda had made in the 2017 CRVs. Then, when I was ready to buy he was thorough, pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained all the features of the vehicle to me and even cleaned my old license plates before giving them to me. Tari B, the business manager was very pleasant and efficient. P S - I can't answer the last question on this survey because it asks me to choose between employees in different areas of the dealership. Everyone at this dealership has been great to deal with and, I believe, works in my best interests. More

When I came in to look at the cars, he did a Thorough overview of the vehicle I wanted. He also did a great job explaining the comparison between other vehicles I inquired about, which helped make my decision easier. After I picked my vehicle, Tari from the finance department was polite and very helpful getting me in my new vehicle. I didn't have sit at the dealership all day doing paper work. Can't get any better than that. Nozim and Tari made my overall experience there easy and hassle free. I would definitely refer my family and friends to Honda Cars of Bellevue.
