Sorry if this a repeat. The site cut short on me and I'm not sure if what I put in the comments got posted. So... I'll try again. It starts with my Saturn Vue. Saturn got closed down and Honda Cars of Bellevue took over maintenance. To our delight, Honda Bellevue was just as nice and even better than Saturn. After three or four years of wonderful service experiences at Honda, it was time for my wife to step away from her Saturn Ion and get into an SUV. We had many great recommendations from friends and working acquaintances alike that a CRV was the way to go... so what better choice than to go to Honda of Bellevue. Steve Mack took care of us and set my wife up with a new CRV. I can't say enough great things about Steve. I hope he finds his way back to Honda. Anyway... after a short three more years of great service at Honda of Bellevue for both myself and my wife it was time for me to retire my Saturn Vue and step into... a Honda CRV of my own. Why not? I sent in a very specific request for a used CRV and Steve Thomas took care of being my lookout. He gave me a shout as soon as a matching candidate hit the lot. He got me started but had to pass me off to Elizabeth. Elizabeth took care of all the questions, looking at other options, pricing and setting up the final deal. I ended up with the vehicle that Steve had called me for in the first place. Then it was Tari's turn to walk me through all the paperwork and warranties and dotted lines. The experience was once again terrific. My wife and I have always been treated like we really matter at Honda Cars of Bellevue. From all my past experience, that's not what you expect from a dealership. In my 42 years of driving and purchasing vehicles, Honda Cars of Bellevue is hands down the best. It's too bad that GM was dumb enough to drop the Saturn line because the folks at Saturn weren't too terribly different. Our hat's are off to all you folks at Honda Cars of Bellevue. THANKS! More

Tari was very helpful, thoroughly went over the paperwork and made sure that I understood all of the terms. Having research the CRV online saved us many hours of not having to spend time at the dealership. Steven and Gary got us in our CRV in no time which we certainly appreciated. We loved completing the Financial Application on our home computer rather than bringing all the information we needed to the dealership. Tari Brewer was very efficient with the paperwork we had to sign. She had us in and out in excellent time and we very much appreciated her professionalism as well. We visited Honda Cars of Bellevue with the intent on purchasing a car. After arriving we waited probably 5 minutes before Tom Anderson came to help us. He was courteous and personable. Tom also took my husband and I on a tour of their facility and introduced us to the Service Manager, Receptionist Staff and Business Office Staff. We even received a Free Gift! Tari, the Business Manager was personal, courteous and diligent. We will refer everyone we know to Honda Cars of Bellevue! More
