When we walked in we were greeted by Jose, who was polite and friendly. He was genuine and interested in helping us find the best option for our needs. We did not feel any sales pressure, only a willingnes and friendly. He was genuine and interested in helping us find the best option for our needs. We did not feel any sales pressure, only a willingness to help. We were questioning what existing Toyota warranty was on the car and Jose did not have that info available. The next day he called me to let me know he contacted Toyota and got the info we wanted. I would definitely buy from Jose again! We had already worked out financing with our bank and pretty much finished up the agreement to buy the car. I appreciated Tari's call to say that she knew I had a good rate from my bank but she wanted to see if she could get something better...AND SHE DID!!! It was a great experience from start to finish I would suggest that anyone in the area who is looking for a car should at least stop by Honda Cars of Bellevue and see what they can do. I was looking for a quality used vehicle, and got tired of fighting with local dealers who only wanted to sell me a car they had on their lot (that didn't match my list or price range!). An eBay search introduced me to Honda Cars of Bellevue, who were advertising a car that matched my interests. I sent them an email with a couple questions, and within a hour on a weekend, had an email response from Lucy. She put me in touch with Tony, who found out the answers I needed, and didn't hassle me with pushy sales tactics. After looking at other options, I decided to drive the 3 hours to the dealership, and after test-driving the vehicle, worked with Elizabeth and Tari on trading in my old car and purchasing the new. Everyone I came in contact with was knowledgeable and honest. When I asked a question they didn't know the answer to, they weren't afraid to say, "I don't know, but let me find out." I have to say it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had, and they will be getting my business in the future. More

I also feel Honda vehicles are by far the best in quality and performance. We purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot and got a good price with excellent customer service. I would recommend this dealership because of the great service and the Honda product is top of the line in my opinion. More
