Since 2003, I have leased 1 Honda Accord, purchased 2 Honda Accords and 1 Honda CRV from Honda Cars of Bellevue. I absolutely hate shopping for a new car, but Honda Cars of Bellevue's no pressure approac Honda Accords and 1 Honda CRV from Honda Cars of Bellevue. I absolutely hate shopping for a new car, but Honda Cars of Bellevue's no pressure approach and willingness to negotiate to reach a fair deal makes the new car buying experience relatively painless. I have been extremely satisfied with the competent, professional, and courteous treatment which was rendered to me by all the current and former members of the Honda Cars of Bellevue staff. More

Jay Murphy and Tari Brewer were excellent in the car purchasing process. Jay had a no pressure approach about selling the SUV. He went over various options of the different packages the SUV's offer. Also, worked within the budget letting me make the decision on which vehicle fit my needs-not what he wanted to sell that he, "thought" would be good for me. Tari was excellent/great too with the finance portion of the car buying process. In addition, a former co-worker (by chance) just purchased a car from Honda Cars of Bellevue, and informed me she will not buy a car from any other dealer in the future because, "They are great!" I agree. By the way, I was working with three other dealerships and did not purchase vehicles from them because (in my opinion-which I believe is accurate), they were not professional. For example, not assisting me or acknowledging me while visiting the dealership. Several salesman did not even recognize me, and one almost hit me when he was running to get the car I was looking at. When I finally spoke with a salesman at the other dealerships, they reminded me that there is a car shortage and there are not many used cars available. Too bad-they lost a sale. Again, thank you Jay and Tari for your help and professionalism through out the entire process. As my former worker stated when I visited with her at the dealership, "I will never buy from anyone else." I also will not buy a car from anyone else and, of course, will send all my friends to see them when they are looking to purchase a vehicle. More
