She was super nice and very professional. My paperwork was expedited in a timely manner, I was handed a flash drive containing everything I signed. Awesome experience! Kenan then introduced me to my new Q3, a computer with wheels! At first glance a little intimidating, but after a few minutes I felt confident that I would get the hang of it. It was my first new car in 8 years and technology had changed quite a bit. I love my new car! It is so much fun to drive. I especially love the way the ambient lighting highlights my Q3 at night. Kenan suggested the purple color to complement the interior and I couldn’t agree more. I rate this dealership a 10. I will certainly refer my family and friends to them. Thanks Audi of Coral Springs. I recently purchased an Audi Q8 e-tron from Audi Coral Springs. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not properly prep for delivery. We waited approximately two hours for the detailing to be completed, only to discover that the vehicle still had scratches on the exterior and the interior had not been thoroughly cleaned or disinfected. This was disappointing, especially when purchasing a Certified premium used vehicle. Despite these issues, we decided to proceed with the purchase and brought our concerns to Timothy attention, requesting and insisting in Immediate resolution. Tim scheduled a week later appointment at Audi Fort Lauderdale, where the detailing was properly completed and the scratches were repaired. Timothy promptly assisted in coordinating the necessary follow-up and ensured that our concerns were addressed in a professional manner. While the delivery experience fell short of expectations, I appreciate the efforts made afterward to resolve the issues. My recommendation to Audi Coral Springs would be to improve their vehicle delivery inspection and preparation process to ensure customers receive their vehicles in the condition they expect from the Audi brand. More
