The dealership got me in quickly diagnosed the problem and I was on my way within a day. They were fair with price and didn't charge me for something they could have since there was a Bulletin for the rep and I was on my way within a day. Overall experience was unsatisfactory. They didn't seem to understand the full issues with my car and just threw a $500 part in that didn't solve the issue. When I started asking Tate questions about their certainty that the part would fix the issues, the only thing he said was 'All I can say is what the certified mechanic is telling me.' I would have like to have briefly spoken with the mechanic who inspected the car, to hear his takeaway from his diagnosis. Also, I had an appointment scheduled for Thursday morning at 10AM for a second diagnostic, I did not hear back from them until Monday after I called Scott(manager) to find out what was going on. The car is drivable even with the issues and is my only vehicle, I was out of town Thursday through Sunday but came back Sunday night to find that they left the car on a lift inside the building all weekend and I was not able to get to work on Monday due to that. When I called on Monday, I left Scott a voicemail because he was on another call and then about an hour later the diagnostic report was texted to me without a follow up call or anything. I called Tate shortly after looking at the report and he seemed arrogant and defensive that I had not heard from him and they left the car on the lift. More

They never explained anything to me. Sent me a text through a number where I could text and ask questions and they never replied to my message or acknowledged it. Will never be back for a service or buy a vehicle. Do not recommend at all. More
