Began the process with Tatyana, and she was absolutely wonderful, but during my car ordering process she had her baby and went on maternity leave. Kept me updated on my car, answered any/all my questions and went above and beyond my requests. I would recommend both Tatyana and Rocky to anyone! Momentum BMW displayed exceptional accountability when adjusting a vehicle price to reflect a lesser price which had been miscommunicated to me at an earlier time; an average dealer would have apologized for the miscommunication and then proceeded to charge the full amount, but the capable staff at Momentum (namely Sales Manager Cliff and Salesperson Tatiana) were attentive to my needs and did not hesitate to put the customer (me) first. In the current market it is easy to take advantage of customers, but Momentum BMW has earned my respect through their actions. More

Everyone at this location was very attentive and helpful during the whole process. They made sure you were comfortable throughout the whole process.
