I was quite pleased with my experience at Momentum BMW. I was helped on new years eve, and everybody was nice. I was able to test drive the vehicles I wanted and was helped with my decision. I do wish I could have been shown alternatives to the car I chose with similar price range but packages I was looking for. I understand now that it's important to ask yourself though. I got some nice perks with my purchase as well. Only reason I won't give five stars is because I didn't properly test out the audio system on my car and when I drove off the lot and connected my phone I could hear alot of rattling and interference with my speakers. I had to return to the dealer and drop it off. Getting serviced now but it's four days without my new car when the car was still under warranty and should have been taken care of accordingly by the dealer prior to be put on sale on my opinion because no damage was listed when I asked. More
