To be honest, I seriously cannot say enough good things about my experience working with both Tatiana and Walter. Every car buying experience I have had previously was horrific as it seemed more like a ba about my experience working with both Tatiana and Walter. Every car buying experience I have had previously was horrific as it seemed more like a back/forth negotiation "with the guy in the front office" in an effort to just try and get me for the most money but this was anything but that. This was hands down the easiest, most seamless and dare I say "enjoyable" experience I have ever had buying a vehicle and I will most definitely recommend your dealership to friends/family, specifically highlighting Tatiana and Walter. It was a very positive experience setting up a test drive and then purchasing the new X3. Tatiana was the sales associate and she did a great job - friendly and easy to work with.
