Low and behold not only did I find a better car I found great service. I reached out to the finance company as I wanted to make sure that was final before I took the drive. As I was speaking with Tony I realized that he had financed my very 1st vehicle over 12 years ago and I remembered how comfortable that deal was. I later spoke with Tawana who was absolutely amazing. For me, this is important and is exemplary of customer service because it reflects the dealership as a whole. I was also seriously considering a BMW and a Tesla but neither matched the level of customer service. You can't beat the car either. Audi is ready to take on the challengers and my experience makes me want to continue to use this brand. More

Overall the experience at Jim Ellis was outstanding. They were very friendly and helpful explaining everything I needed answered. I drove from Birmingham, AL to Atlanta, GA. Eventhough we have a local dealership, the staff, service and price was unbeatable. It was truly a great experience from the internet sales manager to sales to finance. I purchased a 2013 Audi A6. When we arrived to Atlanta the car had been detailed and had a full tank of gas ready for us to take delivery. Everything was everything that we asked for and more. More
