Easy to schedule appt. Promptly great with a very motivated service rep. Brought in the oil I wanted for my Viper. Took a bit over an hour. Loved it. I will return! Taylor and I had a phone conversation. I saved $165 because Taylor was honest with me about my car's "issue," which wasn't really an issue. To be honest, the biggest thing was that he saved me time. I am not car intelligent, so I've had a lot of workers at other auto dealerships try to blind me. I was therefore rather surprised to have a kind supervisor assist me in saving money. I can say that it undoubtedly made a difference in my day. I've already told my folks about the excellent phone support I received. When I go in to get work done on my automobile, I will most certainly ask to see him. More
