Absolutely the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I’d rate 10 stars if they’d let me. Deiter was the best partner to work with… extremely responsive and had the whole team there on my account hustlin I’d rate 10 stars if they’d let me. Deiter was the best partner to work with… extremely responsive and had the whole team there on my account hustling to get things done. The entire team is super friendly, extremely helpful, with ZERO pressure! After the initial call, they all jumped into action and got me set up. I started the conversation on Tuesday, and went in the dealership on Saturday with just about everything done. My total time there was maybe an hour! And to be quite honest, half of that time was me having great conversations with Deiter, Taylor and Derek. I will ALWAYS go through this group for every vehicle I purchase from here on out. Thanks Deiter, you guys earned a customer for life! More

My first experience with Vernon Auto Group was back in 2015 when I bought my first F350 Platinum through Deiter Brannon. The service and customer attention to details were unparalleled to any other car de 2015 when I bought my first F350 Platinum through Deiter Brannon. The service and customer attention to details were unparalleled to any other car dealership back then. Now in 2024, three months ago I wanted to buy a new F350 and called Vernon Auto Group to see what they had to offer and coincidently Deiter Brannon was the one who answered the phone and a great unparalleled customer attention was experienced again. He helped me out ordering a customized truck, F350 Platinum tailored to my taste, and it was ready and delivered earlier than expected. It is very impressive what a specific sales person can do to help a business like Vernon Auto Group to shine the way he has through my two trucks purchase experience. And all of these accomplished twice in a distance of 1,500 miles away from the dealership since I live in Miami, Florida and bought the trucks in Texas. Great way of doing business!! Thanks Deiter!
