had 2016 Jeep Renegade in for 3 recalls and a check of my 4x4. Was told it would be about 2 hours wait - but ended up being a little over 4 hours. The only thing I didn't like was a customer on the phone was put on speaker (w/o telling him) and they all laughed at him while listening (the 2 girls were not involved). There were customers around and could hear it. I thought that was not good service to anybody. More
