When going over numbers with Tylor Chandler. The interest rate was higher then what I agreed to before driving over an hour. Mr. Chandler felt the need to dismiss it, by saying 'but it just 1% The interest rate was higher then what I agreed to before driving over an hour. Mr. Chandler felt the need to dismiss it, by saying 'but it just 1%!' I responded by saying back the same, with a snarky smile. Mr. Chandler immediately scolded me by saying ma'am that's not nice, that was rude! I said, 'I'm repeating what you said.' This guy has zero personality. Someone said to me 'actually he is one of the nicer ones to work with. I'm not a rude person nor was I being rude. I'm just not a push over. I honestly don't know why I stayed. I should have just walked out as soon as the numbers changed. They play too many games!!! I have excellent credit with 20% down. I have 80% of purchase price in my checking account and the finance manager is talking to me like I'm stupid and I don't know how interest work. He goes on to say when you buy a house the first 15years are all interest. I said yes I know I own two homes. 'Well I have three houses' he replies, '2 for commercial and my personal home' with his proud face. I thought to my self, yet you're still working past 9pm in the same office for 18 years and you have yet to be promoted to an office with a window. 🤣🤣 More
