Everyone was great! Do away with the employer pricing tactic on extended warranty. Should open with standard no haggle rates. Tainted the trust part of the experience a bit. Also 20,000 less miles on it. Nevertheless we left feeling Ferguson cares about its customers and we intend to purchase another vehicle with you. More
