Taylor was amazing to work with unfortunately the lube tech Giovanni got oil all over the engine and my belt causing it to make noise after saying it needed to be replaced or engine damage would occur bec tech Giovanni got oil all over the engine and my belt causing it to make noise after saying it needed to be replaced or engine damage would occur because he didn’t know the difference between a serpentine belt and a timing belt, other than that everything was good, still waiting on a response from the writer about making a claim with my extended warranty More
