On My last visit, my SA was Austin Carr. Austin took care of me and he has always taken care of me and has always gone over everything with me. Unfortunately with my current car I have been Austin took care of me and he has always taken care of me and has always gone over everything with me. Unfortunately with my current car I have been a repeat customer over the last 6 months. Gremlins keep popping up on my car. After visiting several Toyota dealerships for service, Toyota of Tampa Bay is the best for getting your car serviced. The employees are very personable, professional, and take the time to explain the serv Toyota of Tampa Bay is the best for getting your car serviced. The employees are very personable, professional, and take the time to explain the services your car needs and why they are needed. As a customer just do your homework and know ahead of time what services have been done to your car in the past by other dealerships. My car is a 2018 RAV4 Hybrid with really low mileage less than 25K. My service technician mentioned I would need the 94 month service and then explained some other services needed and why. Yes they were needed in addition to those I had expected. I brought a book to read and waited for service to be completed. This was my second visit to this very friendly dealership. I highly recommend Toyota of Tampa Bay as a dealer to service your car. Each visit was a great experience. Thank you very much. More
