From the moment he shook our hands until we drove out of the dealership with our new car, Brady was exceptional. He was pleasant and efficient and programmed the many computer options into our vehicle. Today he followed up with a phone call to answer any questions or resolve any issues of which we had none. The business agent, Michael Coelho was also incredible. It took him about 30 minutes to finish all the paperwork for insurance and title and was also exceptionally pleasant. My vehicle is always sparkling clean when returned without a trace that any technician touched it. All technician are ASE certified which is very important to me because it signifies quality matters to this dealership. The service department of this dealership seeks to make every customer feel like they are number one and they hit the target every time service is provided.
