Can't figure out why it was so difficult to send an email to keep me up to date on the delivery of my vehicle. It wasn't until I reached out to Taylor (a manager)that I was able get any answers. I am very happy with my vehicle, but I knew I would be. I had been looking for this specific vehicle for about a year. But the overall process of acquiring it would have been significantly better with clear and accurate communication. More
