I'm not sure who Fred Rogers is. My sales guy, Austin Weeks, needs to work on customer service skills. He called to tell me my vehicle was ready the evening before and he was too b My sales guy, Austin Weeks, needs to work on customer service skills. He called to tell me my vehicle was ready the evening before and he was too busy to call to let me know. He did not answer me when I asked 3 plus times "what is the recall on my vehicle". He kept guessing what the recall could be, instead of just asking someone. When I came to pick up my vehicle I was sent to the service desk and no one would help me. The ladies were too busy chatting. The sales manager called Austin and it took a while for him to come out from the back. When he finally did, he got my keys and then he told me he couldn't find the crack in my windshield. I pointed it out to him and he said he would have the windshield guy come to my house to fix my windshield. Let's see if this happens. I'm not happy with the customer service at this company. They lost some additional items that was on my keychain. They lost an additional key, bodyplex card, library card and ingles card. More
