Twice now, I have been told that it would be emailed the next day.. This last time, I was overcharged and the tech agreed. I had to call and ask for my credit which was done.Thank you. And had to call twice to get a detailed receipt. I switched to Flammer because the other close Ford Dealer was just as bad. Will not be using Flammer again, including my next truck purchase which will be soon. More
