The overall experience was very good and working with Ted Gann was excellent! There were a couple of mistakes in the paperwork and the “delivery” time was a bit slower than I would like, but certainly bette Gann was excellent! My experience I’m sure was an exception to the general rule. The first day I was there I was basically left sitting at the sales persons desk. I asked not to have anyone try and sell me an extended warr rule. The first day I was there I was basically left sitting at the sales persons desk. I asked not to have anyone try and sell me an extended warranty. There was also an extra 399.00 charge on My paperwork which was never discussed with me. In addition the could only find one key fob for the vehicle so I had to return the next day to pick it up. When I returned I was informed that all of my paperwork had to be redone as someone had put the wrong VIN number on my original paperwork. All in all not a great experience. However everyone did apologize and then I had to return a third time to have the apps reprogrammed on TMC vehicle. More

In the midst of a car shortage, Ted did an amazing job helping us find a vehicle. We were also satisfied with the person who helped us with financing. He didn’t try to upsell products that we didn’t need. helping us find a vehicle. We were also satisfied with the person who helped us with financing. He didn’t try to upsell products that we didn’t need. Ted’s desk is to the left as you walk into the building. I’m not sure who the people are to the right as you walk into the building, but they don’t have any trouble laughing at customers while they are in the showroom. The day we purchased our Jeep, one of the guys said “I’ll be glad when I quit having to deal with that one guy.” Ted quickly said, “that’s him and his wife at the table.” There may not be many cars to choose from now, There will be in the future. There will also be dealerships with a more professional environment. More
