I called the service department the day before making a 500+ mile trip home. Ted picked up, and was able to book me an immediate service appointment. A few minutes later, I pulled up to the dealership. 500+ mile trip home. Ted picked up, and was able to book me an immediate service appointment. A few minutes later, I pulled up to the dealership. Ted assisted me from check in to check out, and went the extra mile to help me fix the issue at a reasonable cost. Ted was knowledgeable and communicative, and the dealership was clean and offered me a Lyft ride both ways. More
