We were greeted by our salesman Ted and from the start he felt like our advocate not constantly upselling everything under the sun. We knew what we wanted and he was fine with that he didn't push anything. Ted had answers to all of our questions on all of the accessories Honda offers for the odyssey. All I can say is I am glad we walked into Lou Sobh and met Ted. Any Honda dealership can sell you a Honda but only Lou Sobh Honda can make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. I look forward to doing business with them for many years to come and will recommend them to family and friends in the market for a new car in the future! More

Went to Lou Sobh Honda in Cumming, GA, with my COSTCO membership purchase certificate. Was treated with courtesy and respect and was even offered a Honda military rebate which I was not even aware that Honda offered in addition to a Honda Loyalty Rebate. Was so pleased with the deal, I ended up buying 2 Civics. The salesman Ted Mierzewski and the Interet Salesman Dave Kellam were super. This was the easiest car buying experience in the past 45 years that I have ever had. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from them. More

We were negotiation the price and Mr. Mayo barged in and grabbed the pricing sheet and loudly screamed he doesn't want any negotiation. I have some very tight price constraints and they were able show me a number of used cars that fit my budget. Both Ted and Nick provided unbiased information about each car to help me with my decision making process. When it came to make the decision on the vehicle, I did not feel any pressure on the type of car to purchase. Ted Mierz, Nick and Ted Mao all stayed late on Friday to help close the deal and there was minimal price haggling needed. Overall, I felt I got a good price for the car. It took only 30 mins to complete all the paperwork (including my trade in) on Sat morning with the finance manager. So overall a fairly pleasant experience buying a used car and I can tell you buying a car in my least fav activity to do. Kudos to Ted and Nick! Robert Martin More
