We were negotiation the price and Mr. Mayo barged in and grabbed the pricing sheet and loudly screamed he doesn't want any negotiation. Edit: This is our third visit and we are only a few hundreds of dollar from finalizing the deal and making the purchase. More

I have some very tight price constraints and they were able show me a number of used cars that fit my budget. Both Ted and Nick provided unbiased information about each car to help me with my decision making process. When it came to make the decision on the vehicle, I did not feel any pressure on the type of car to purchase. Ted Mierz, Nick and Ted Mao all stayed late on Friday to help close the deal and there was minimal price haggling needed. Overall, I felt I got a good price for the car. It took only 30 mins to complete all the paperwork (including my trade in) on Sat morning with the finance manager. So overall a fairly pleasant experience buying a used car and I can tell you buying a car in my least fav activity to do. Kudos to Ted and Nick! Robert Martin More
