Ted went above and beyond to make sure our buying experience was personalized and top notch. We were impressed by his in depth knowledge of the performance, convenience and safety features, controls, experience was personalized and top notch. We were impressed by his in depth knowledge of the performance, convenience and safety features, controls, and vehicle care related to the specific Passport model we ultimately purchased. He followed up with a nice call the following day to make sure we were pleased with our car. It’s been quite a few years since we last bought a vehicle and we needed a bit of ‘hand holding’ to understand the all the technological advancements with our Passport.
