I had the unfortunate luck of finding a large bolt with one of the tires on my 25 Sierra while staying only 1 night in Atlanta. I called and spoke with Chris P and he was able to verify inventory and book me in for 5pm today. Upon arrival Chris was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He got my truck back into the shop right away and kept me abreast of everything as the service occurred while also showing me around the dealership. Chris not only earned my business today but if I ever hit a nail in Atlanta again I will be back. Thanks to his help I can now finish my business trip on a positive note and make my trip back to North Carolina on time and on a full size tire. More

I'm very disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. While I've had a good experience at Jim Ellis in the past, this has left me seriously reconsidering future visits. More
