Teddy was very easy to work with, responsive, honest and thorough with excellent product knowledge. Our experience with the dealership was a bit disconcerting. They changed the offer for our trade in when thorough with excellent product knowledge. Our experience with the dealership was a bit disconcerting. They changed the offer for our trade in when we arrived there with a check for the exact amount owed based on the written estimate we were provided to purchase the new car. We would have been glad to bring the car in for inspection earlier so that we would all be on the same page regarding the value prior to finalizing the deal but we weren't asked to do that. I recommend, when dealing with online purchases, the dealership makes clear trade in offers are contingent on inspection in writing. We never received that caveat implicitly or explicitly. I suggest when providing a customer with the transaction estimate, the conditional wording should be clearly stated. On the other hand, the dealership was willing to compromise equally with us. If they had not been willing to compromise, my rating would be significantly lower on the dealership. More
