I work retail and had to be at work, but your service department was open. Explained my issue, I was informed a hour and a half to two hours. I had no choice and AAA would have not been quicker. Of course KIA didn’t let me down! Needed a new tire but while I was waiting a young woman approached me and asked me about my KIA told her it was my 4th and my favorite. Shared that my daughter and grandson in CT are now proud KIA owners and also how safe they are as well as the great service. I introduced her to my Salesperson Ted. Hope she becomes another KIA OWER! So happy with the Service and Staff. I was surprise how easy it was to get my appointment and it fit my work schedule.
