Was impressed with the overall buying experience. We went back and forth for a week to get the deal done but in the end, we came to an agreement. Our hard-earned money means a lot to my husband and me so a good deal was what we were looking for. We came into the dealership to finalize the deal and were impressed with the process of buying the car. As US Military Disabled Veterans we loved that they honor veterans with a discount. Hoping the same experience continues when it comes time to finish up the deal with the "WE OWE" items and get my few paint issues resolved and service going forward. Waited hours after agreements just to speak to someone in finance. Added in extra charges after all charges were signed for. Accent Piece on steering wheel fell off while driving 2 days after purchase so was finance. Added in extra charges after all charges were signed for.
