I had read the other reviews about Tedd on various websites before I went to the showroom and had specifically asked for him when I walked in. I would say the overall experience was nothing but great. He made sure that I came in back to the dealership after I left, with constant to and fro communication. There are certain things which could be improved like reducing the wait time for the customer, and not compelling to finish the deal within a day. However, these were just minor issues, and the overall experience was definitively smooth. Tedd was responsive for any of the questions that I had. All in all, I would say they have secured a customer who would return to their dealership and recommend their dealership to others, because of their wonderful service :) More

Several of the salesmen came out of their offices to congratulate us. It was a fun experience. Oh, I saved the best for last.....they have free icecream and cold water bottles in their showroom.
