Patient, Great Customer Service, Hassle-Free Experience I can say with affirmation that my experience was worth the wait! I got to ring the "PURCHASE BELL" and drove away in my new car a HAPPY WOMAN! On I can say with affirmation that my experience was worth the wait! I got to ring the "PURCHASE BELL" and drove away in my new car a HAPPY WOMAN! On my way to the dealership with my son I was very anxious and nervous, I had received a pre-qualification letter from my bank "Capital One" who referred me to Nexcar Dealership. I like my bank and trusted they were steering me in the right direction and so I took a chance and visited Nexcar with the intention of purchasing my first car through financing. I walked up and was greeted by a sales rep and once I informed him I was their to meet with "Tee" (sales rep) I was quickly directed to him. Despite my nervousness he made the process seem effortless he took my information (repeatedly said "Don't worry, I got you) and while I waited the other sales reps were courteous and reassuring. The atmosphere was light and airy there were burst of laughter and like the others that purchased their car and rang the bell as they got in their new car and drove away, I wanted that to me too. - N. Crazy Experience!! I would give 10 stars if I could. The car buying experience started off strange for me. Although I did some "googling" I still didn't understand what was going on. Our main concern was having a low monthly payment for a quality vehicle. When we thought we'd found a vehicle, it had too many miles &/or high interest. I went to other dealerships first and they didn't have what we needed. Price, Seating, and Quality. At this point, I was thinking of just not into getting a vehicle. Then, the party started. We were referred to Tee and Bishop at Nexcar. This review cannot do the justice in representing the experience my family had at Nexcar. It was amazing!! Tee took great care of us, Bishop gave us a few words of wisdom...longer story short... First time buyer + $0 down + payments way lower than what we had in mind + Benz = very, very, very happy customer!!! Tee is the the MAN!!! Much love to Nexcar! More
