FIRST OFF I WOULD LIKE TO SAY I APPRECIATE THE SERVICE I HAD AT NEXCAR. PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FRIENDLY STAFF THAT MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY. I NEVER HAD A CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE LIKE I DID WITH THEM. I WAL HAD AT NEXCAR. PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FRIENDLY STAFF THAT MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY. I NEVER HAD A CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE LIKE I DID WITH THEM. I WALKED IN NOT KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT BUT, I WAS AMAZED! TEE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS; ASSURING ME HE WAS GOING TO GET ME IN THE CAR I WANTED (2011 CHRYSLER 300). I WAS A LITTLE WORRIED THEY WERE GOING TO TRY TO SELL ME SOMETHING ELSE OTHER THAN THE CAR I WANTED. BUT THEY PROVED ME WRONG. THANKS NEXCAR! YOUR NUMBER 1 IN MY BOOK. I had a great experience dealing with the crew at Nexcar. Within a couple of ours they had me driving off in my dream car Hummer H2. Love my new-to-me car! Although she needed a little fix, they did their best to see us into the car. Some of the double talk (i.e. talking to one person then talking to another person in the company) was co they did their best to see us into the car. Some of the double talk (i.e. talking to one person then talking to another person in the company) was confusing, because they don't quite talk to each other. (i.e. one would say one thing then the other would say something different) No more than the usual "used car sales" shtick, that you should expect anyways. We did however get a good car at blue book value that looks to be a worthwhile investment. Tee was very kind and friendly. He has a good rapport with his customers. Given our credit situation, we could have done a lot worse than this place. More
