Nice people, was in and out very quickly within 2 hours. Had my car detailed the next day since it was too late the night of the purchase. Went in with a friend who was considering just getting information on purchasing a used car from this dealer. Never heard of them before but went in and said I wanted to trade in my current car (2001 Kia information on purchasing a used car from this dealer. Never heard of them before but went in and said I wanted to trade in my current car (2001 Kia Optima in sort of bad condition) and see what I could get approved for. Was hoping for an SUV but would settle for a mid-size sedan if need be. Tee was very positive and confident that he could work with that and asked me questions geared towards what I wanted not what would work for me. I told him an ideal situation and what I could work with. The first offer they made was a little overpriced and said I wouldn't be able to do it. Was looking into some sedans at that point when they talked the finance company into going down to what I wanted. End story is that within 2.5 hours my car was traded in, I test drove a car that was within my working budget, and signed the paperwork, got an insurance quote, and drove off the lot in a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. So far, loving the car and very glad I made the purchase. Tee and the other members of the team were very helpful and confident they could get me a car that day. At no point was there any doubt in their mind that they could find something that worked for me. Would recommend to everybody I know who is in the market for a car to go to Nexcar and work with Tee. More

i would like to say Tee was a very helpful salesman not only that he was over the top perfessional at his work i would like to thank him and the nexcar team so much for all their help.. he help me tradde only that he was over the top perfessional at his work i would like to thank him and the nexcar team so much for all their help.. he help me tradded in my car for a suv that i was able to drive off the car lot that same day and it feels great to ride in a new car so yes i would recommend family and friends to nexcar for their new or used vechicle:) More

My husband and I had visited many other dealers before finding NexCar. Mind you that I actually used to work for a dealership myself. We are soooo glad we found them! They took care of us and treated us with the utmost respect and met all of our needs. I was so impressed with how they were so willing to work with us and not just focus on numbers. Tee was very patient with us as we kept wanting to see more cars. He never made us feel like we were wasting his time. We actually ended up keeping him past closing time and he never complained! I even work in retail and know how irritating that can be. I would recommend, and do recommend, NexCar to ANYONE! If you are looking for a smooth sale and not looking to hassle or made to feel like you are not good enough, and actually feel good when you leave... shop at NexCar.
