Well, I have NEVER been more comfortable in a car dealership. I've leased and purchased 5, I think, CRV's from various sales reps over the years. I've also cosigned for 2 cars for kids with the hel dealership. I've leased and purchased 5, I think, CRV's from various sales reps over the years. I've also cosigned for 2 cars for kids with the help of Debbie Pate in Finance. Early on we started calling each other "stepmonster" and it's stuck. She's incredible and always tells me what I NEED to hear, even at times when I don't listen. Temitope "Temi" Fabunmi is quite possibly the best salesman I've ever dealt with, second only to Jamie who's married and a Mom now so not there. She and I had a very unique relationship from the get go and I'm grateful. And now I have Temi and he better not leave while I'm still living in Minnesota. I literally came in on Thursday, 3/3, because I'd lost a chart that I thought I'd still need for my 2020 CRV, purchased 7/16/2020. He wasn't busy so we talked. I shared my request but then we talked a bit about my never liking and/or being comfortable with my CRV starting with my intense dislike of the wheels on the car. I brought it back the next day, told I'd get used to them, brought it back in a month and again in 2 months always being told I'd get used to them. I'm in my 70's and haven't stood up for myself very often. Jace in the Service Dept encouraged me to get tough and get the tires I wanted. I did and FINALLY, just before Jace left, got my Michelin Defenders at a fraction of the cost - thank you Service Dept., Caroline, for realizing my plight and making it right. Talking with Temi I began to realize that I just didn't like the CRV and needed to make a change. So, went in for a pamphlet and now have a 2022 HRV that I picked up yesterday afternoon with all of 10 miles on it. Temi walked with me every step of the way including saying "good for you" when I said I didn't want the factory tires but new Michelin Defenders. Our test drive even included a trip to my house to make sure the HRV would fit comfortably in my very old garage that is built with bricks so difficult at times in Winter. Then, as if everything already wasn't enough, I wanted a remote start that would go through said bricks from inside my house. He found one!!!!! Works like a charm and even lets me know that the car actually did start, who knew! I am extremely grateful for my continued relationship with Debbie Pate and very excited that I found Temi or, in reality, he found me. I am very lucky indeed. Temi told me he secret shopped before transferring to Hopkins and did so because he, his words, felt like he'd found family and comfortableness. Thank you Hopkins Honda for your integrity and willingness to go the extra mile, even with difficulty at times, to make things right and to provide an excellent experience most every time. More

It was wonderful working with Temi on the purchase of my vehicle. He is very knowledgable about the features on the cars and took the time to explain them to me.
