Michael made the process very easy and low pressure. He was extremely knowledgeable about the model and spent a good amount of time going through the features with me before the test drive. The GM also came out and personally thanked me which I felt was a nice touch. The financial process was very easy and she was friendly. I’ve purchased three vehicles from Chris and each time am impressed by how thorough he is. I’ve never had to order a vehicle before- but with the supply chain shortages, I did not have a choice. Luckily, Chris was there the entire way to guide me through the process and kept me updated as to when my vehicle was built and when it was expected to be delivered, allowing me plenty of time to make accommodations to my budget. Scott and the guys in service have always taken wonderful care of us as well. Their proactive approach has helped us prepare in advance for the more costly service work more than once. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to y’all! More
