My experience with Town and Country Dealership has been appalling from start to finish. I was informed that the vehicle I purchased was ready for sale. However, I later learned it required four days of ser appalling from start to finish. I was informed that the vehicle I purchased was ready for sale. However, I later learned it required four days of servicing, a fact that was never disclosed at the time of sale. “Due to the previous dealership falsifying paperwork on the vehicle.” To make matters worse, Monica in the finance department misappropriated my down payment and changed the terms of my loan without my consent, actions that go beyond unprofessional and border on fraud. When I finally received the car, the engine light was on before I drove off the lot. Since then, I’ve encountered numerous mechanical issues. Despite repeated visits and clearly stating my safety concerns, the dealership has refused to properly address the problems. Instead of resolving the underlying issues, they’ve repeatedly reset the error messages and driven the car for miles. The level of negligence and unprofessionalism I experienced here is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against doing business here. More

I will definitely buy from this dealer when we are ready I have a few financial thing to take care of I will be ready mid February but the level of professionalism and knowledge was unlike my previous expe I have a few financial thing to take care of I will be ready mid February but the level of professionalism and knowledge was unlike my previous experience with dealers they answered all our questions no pressure I ended up speaking with a Mr Khalid and he was amazing I won’t waist time going to other dealers at this point they are further away than some of the other dealers but it’s worth it for me More
