Great vehicle, lengthly process The wrong vehicle was priced as compared to the one we asked for. It took two hours to straighten this out. Other than standard rebates, there was very little offered as discount off MSRP. First time I have encountered this. In the end, we love our new Pacifica -- but left with a feeling that we did not "meet in the middle" on price. People we met were very nice, polite and helpful -- especially Lorenzo White (direct Sales Rep), Teresa Matthews (very helpful on questions on the new vehicle, the Maintenance Plan, and offering water and snacks), -- but the entire process took over 5 hours. Very tiring, especially for my wife who was with me, since we wanted both names on the title. More
