Absolutely the best people and experience! My husband and daughter drove there to take a look at a car we had seen online. I had inquired about it and an internet rep named Mary got back with My husband and daughter drove there to take a look at a car we had seen online. I had inquired about it and an internet rep named Mary got back with me immediately to let me know she was there to answer anything I had a question about. Even in her absence that afternoon she made sure there was someone there to meet my husband to take a look at the car. Teresa Matthews was that person. There was no "high-pressured sales pitch, hey you got to buy it today or it's gone" kind of thing. She was knowledgeable and informative and allowed my husband to check the car out thoroughly and test drive it. My daughter and I went back several days later to finish the transaction and pick the car up. Teresa came in on her day off to assist us with all the paperwork. Although we were buying a used car and not something new on the lot, she treated us like we were the most important customers she had. She was so friendly and made both of us feel at home. She made sure my daughter knew where all the important functions were on the car before letting her drive away. She called us a just a few days after to see how things were going and if we were still enjoying the car. It was honestly like buying from a good friend. I won't hesitate to call upon this dealership again anytime we are in need of another vehicle in the future! More

Fantastic My visit was great went in and had my car serviced, came out with a new Jeep.I loved my Cadillac but my husband had trouble getting in and out of it. But Teresa's friendly, easy-going nature, along with her willingness to make sure I understood every part of the process, really put me at ease and made the whole experience fun.
