My Car Buying Experience I have always had used cars so buying a new car was a big step for me. Went back to dealership to purchase window vents. James Howard helped with that process and was able to get the vents on the same day. Met Theresa and was impressed with the service department. More

So, when it came time to purchase a new Subaru Outback, we visited Thomas We knew the dealership's service department personnel and quality of work. So, when it came time to purchase a new Subaru Outback, we visited Thomas and talked with Johnathan Loughrie in Sales. Johnathan makes a fine impression and was very helpful in explaining features and in answering our questions. This included getting answers to some questions that involved research on his part. He asked questions of us and then guided our discovery of accessories we would value in our new Outback. Following our initial visit, we mostly talked with Johnathan by email and telephone. We ultimately chose a car on its way to Thomas from the factory that included the accessories we wanted, plus a couple of others recommended by Johnathan. We never felt "pushed" to buy during the month we were in the market, and yet Johnathan was always there when we had questions. More

Poor service on airbag recall When I called to get my airbag recall taken care of the service team told me they did not have parts and had no idea when they would have them. When I told her this was unacceptable she downplayed the danger saying "it is only a problem if you have an accident!" Beyond words. Got an appointment for then next morning at a competing dealer in Winchester. Never again! More
