The only thing I thought was bad was the amount of time spent at the dealership. I got there are 9am had the vehicle I wanted picked out and it still took almost 6 hours to wrap up all the paperwork. spent at the dealership. Excellent experience from The first email from Will to signing the last form with Tim (and Teresa in the middle!). I will be buying from Apple again even though it is aover a 30 mile ride for us. Best internet pricing. Will Malloy was great and responsive to emails. Price as a percentage of MPSR was less than other dealers. I appreciated that Stanley was responsive via email in answering my questions when I wasn't quite ready to talk about a specific vehicle with someone. He was definitely willing to look the vehicle over, answering my questions when I wasn't quite ready to talk about a specific vehicle with someone. He was definitely willing to look the vehicle over, and address the issues that needed to be taken care of since it was "pre-owned". I liked the fact that he allowed me to drive it over to my house to show the family the first night I stopped by- it definitely made a good first impression. We first saw the vehicle on www.cars.com- and we were looking for only certified pre-owned vehicles. I originally said that I needed a vehicle with a tow-hitch, and I appreciate the fact that we were able to work it into the deal since that was definitely a sticking point with the car we needed. One of the big factors in our decision was the free oil service for life, as well as the car wash service. We were pretty much split between this vehicle and one other at Carmax, and this probably made the difference (along with adding the tow-hitch which was a requirement for us). I guess another factor was that the vehicle be certified- otherwise we would have not made the purchase without the year "certified" warranty. I liked the attitudes of Theresa and Jim (James?) Thomas- they were nice to work with after a long day. Hopefully the high degree of professionalism and service will continue from this point forward now that we've made the purchase. I probably should have waited until the mechanical issue on the rear seat is resolved, but I'm expecting it should get taken care of after our visit on Tuesday. More

From start to finish, Apple Ford was top notch. My two previous Ford purchases were through another local competitor, Bob Bell. I was in the market for a new GT500, and after spending over 100,000 at Bob previous Ford purchases were through another local competitor, Bob Bell. I was in the market for a new GT500, and after spending over 100,000 at Bob Bell, they still wanted to charge me a big markup (ADM) on the vehicle (special order). Apple, on the other hand, was fair up front, from the beginning, and did not charge me a ridiculous markup. Granted, many dealers do charge ADM on this vehicle, but there are those that don't and that are actually trying to earn your continued business. The order process was lengthy, almost 5 months, but this has nothing to do with the dealer - it depends upon Ford's build schedules. During that time, my salesman, Tom Greene was absolutely top notch in keeping in touch, listening to my frequent questions and requests, and especially when the car finally arrived, he was extremely accomodating. For this type of vehicle, that type of treatment really makes a big difference. I don't think I've had a smoother buying process. Apple was able to beat my requested rate (which I thought would be tough to do), and both Theresa Volz and Curtis Ford were both very helpful and professional in wrapping up the paperwork. I don't often take the time to write reviews, but I felt that these folks really deserved credit for such a good buying experience. Whether in the market for a special order, or an in stock purchase, I'd highly recommend you check with Apple Ford first! More

I had a very good experience at Apple Ford. Bernie Zetimeisl was very knowledgeable about the 2013 Ford Focus that I bought. We had yet another great experience at Apple Ford with Will Malloy(Salesman) and Tim Colbert(Finance). Will is very knowledgable and straight forward. He answered any and all questions we had. We are very satisfied with our experience with him and the other employees. In January of this year, we bought a 2012 Explorer and last week we bought a 2012 F-150 FX4. I strongly recommend this dealership, the experience is so easy and it's not like other dealerships. You feel no pressure to buy, and you're able to see their no haggle price online and usually it is better than any other price out there. We are 1 hour from the dealership and wouldn't buy anywhere else. The Customer for life program is originally what brought us in to the dealership,the wonderful atmosphere and great employees is what brought us back for our second vehicle. Vince Cowan assisted us while Will was busy with another customer. Vince was very nice and showed us different vehicles on the lot. Theresa was very nice and helpful in explaining additonal purchase options like LifeLock. We have a 17 month who was with us during this purchase and she made sure he was happy. James Koser called to make sure all was well with the purchase, the customer service here is honestly wonderful. More
