I had inquired about several cars online, and she promptly responded to set up a time to look at them. When I arrived, she had information for me and had gone over and above - finding additional cars I might be interested in, informing me about which ones were still available, and asked about further preferences about what I was looking for. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and answered questions I had. I didn’t say yes initially because I needed time to sit with the numbers she gave me, but ultimately I was so pleased with my experience and Teresha’s very no-pressure approach that I went back to get the car we discussed. Once in the finance office, nothing changed. Every thing was spelled out and the numbers were not changed. If an add on item was offered, when it was removed the base price never changed. Lori and Teresha showed the patience, confidence and trust needed to pull this off in a day of mistrust and "misinformation" on line. They went above and beyond describing the vehicle down to about ever minor scratch, owner history, they even "test drove" and sent plenty of up-close photos, and then met me half way (drove it 3 hours) so I could purchase the truck.\. Absolutely wonderful! I was looking for a specific vehicle and saw on autotrader that this dealership had what I wanted. I sent an inquiry with not much faith as I had seve I was looking for a specific vehicle and saw on autotrader that this dealership had what I wanted. I sent an inquiry with not much faith as I had several bad experiences before. This dealership changed my mind. I received a call from Tresha, a wonderful associate, who listened to what I wanted and assured me they had the vehicle and it was in as great of shape as was pictured online. Knowing how fast these cars go I had to trust her as I was too far away to make a trip just to test drive. She was so caring and helpful every step. She went the extra mile to keep me in the loop with texts calls and emails as new information came available. I got the approval taken care of and she over nighted the paperwork to move the process and guarantee the car was mine. The day I went to pick it up I was so nervous as I had not yet seen the car and I was traveling from a distance. Tresha contacted me in the morning to make sure I had everything ready for my appointment. She wished me safe travels and I was on my way. Of course I would get into heavy traffic and bad weather but Tresha completely understood and was willing to push my appointment back. She made me feel as if I was her only client. The car was immaculate just as Tresha said. I have never had such a positive experience with a dealer as I did with them. I will reccomend them to everyone and should I need another vehicle they will be my first inquiry. Simply the best service! More
