The worst experience buying a vehicle. I do not recommend buying from them at all.... bought a Honda odyssey was told that it had been thru a complete check and everything was good.. LIE..... when recommend buying from them at all.... bought a Honda odyssey was told that it had been thru a complete check and everything was good.. LIE..... when we came back to pick it up, we couldn't even drive it off the lot because the high pressure hose busted.. left it over night to be fixed . Drove home just to have it back in the shop the next day . . Another 700 in repairs... brought this to their attention and was told "you bought it as is"... here it is 30 days and still in the shop and so far this bill is over 2800....I asked them to meet me in the middle on the cost, or even let me bring it there and I'd cover labor or parts... still waiting on a phone call.... NOTHING!!!! More

Went in on a monday to test drive a car. Got through eveyhting with my bank and working the deal. I was givin a purchase agreement on wen around 4 and I came in the next morning to give them the check f eveyhting with my bank and working the deal. I understand I didnt put a down deposit but we had spent hours looking and working the deal on the car and it's very unprofessional for them to sell a car out from under me. Then to top it off they tried to get me out the door with a car that had body damage and was a step down at the same price. And then offers another car that had almost double miles and was not the same package for around the same price and didnt want to budge on it. Very unprofessional. I suggest going to a different dealership. More

But it describes the great experience with buying a 2008 Chevy Silverado on-line, sight unseen from a dealership 6 hours away in a different state. Lori and Teresha showed the patience, confidence and trust needed to pull this off in a day of mistrust and "misinformation" on line. They went above and beyond describing the vehicle down to about ever minor scratch, owner history, they even "test drove" and sent plenty of up-close photos, and then met me half way (drove it 3 hours) so I could purchase the truck.\. Turned out to be everything they described and I am very happy and satisfied! Thanks for the great experience and I will also check in Indiana before my next purchases! Thanks, Dwight! More

No love for The Deal I was working with Lori and Caril for a few days on purchasing a car. I was just called and told they took a deposit from another buyer. I asked why I I was working with Lori and Caril for a few days on purchasing a car. I was just called and told they took a deposit from another buyer. I asked why I wasn't given first right of refusal and notified after the fact. Caril said she mentioned it before. Now, I have a series of emails back-and-forth, and NEVER was I asked to do so. I expressed it wasn't fair they conduct business that way, but I understood. A deal is a deal. And they obviously don't respect that. More
