The service department does a great job parking all those cars in a small area. Sometimes they are slow retrieving my car so I can leave, but I think they may just be shortstaffed on one of their busiest days
In terms of sales, they must be good to great. I'm dealing with another dealership due to the car supply around. Let's just say I appreciate Herb Chambers a lot more.
I had only one bad thing occur years ago. While they addressed the problem, they gave me a rental. So much better than the dealership I'm dealing with now.
I'm going for AWD. I've had issues in the snow with FWD. I wanted AWD loaner at my current dealership while waiting for my car. They wanted me to drive there before a storm and bring it back after, while paying half of the rental.
I sure hope to deal with Herb Chambers the next time I get a car. Hope they have one I'll be looking for.
My current experience has made me appreciate HC all the more. One thing I will never do again regardless of where my future purchase will be, buy a car anywhere in transit.
